During the summer season we rent from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time is ussually after 1:00PM and departure time is ussually before 11:00 AM, so that we have time for the cleaning service. Summer rates are $2,500 per week with a $250 discount if you would like a second week.

We stay at the house for most of July and some of August each year. Summer rental availability is ussually the last two weeks of June, the last two weeks of August and the begining of September.

Off season we charge $475 per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights. We are ussually at the house over the winter holiday break, but most other weekends are available.

We have some additional fees including, 9% tax for the county and township, $150 cleaning fee, $500 security deposit.
